In short

Before we build anything we spend a week counting. Here is what goes on the sheet, and what stays off it.

Before we build anything, we spend a week counting. Every repeat job your team does gets a line: what starts it, how long it takes, how often it comes back, and who has to be involved.

Three columns, not thirty

We keep the sheet short on purpose. For each job we write the hours a week, the systems it touches, and the point where a person has to decide. The last column matters most: it is where the agent stops.

Most clients find between 20 and 40 hours of work that repeats. We rarely take all of it. A job moves to our side only when the decision point is clear enough to write down.

What you get on Friday

A list of jobs in the order we would hand them over, the hours each one returns, and the jobs we think you should keep. That list becomes the plan, and the Yours and Ours columns in your run room start from it.

Have a week you’d hand over?

Tell us the jobs.

Send the jobs that repeat. We reply the same day with what we would take, what you should keep and a rough price.
